1. ¿Dónde puedo recibir el vehículo? Entregamos en cualquier hotel, villa o aeropuerto de la isla (incluyendo PUJ y SDQ). Coordinamos la hora de llegada y entrega.
2. ¿El precio incluye el seguro? Sí. En todas nuestras rentas (Audi A3 y ATVs) el Seguro Full ya está incluido en la tarifa diaria. No hay cargos sorpresa al momento de la entrega.
3. ¿Cómo funciona la renta de los ATVs? Nuestra modalidad es "Free Punta Cana". Esto significa que rentas el equipo para usarlo a tu propio ritmo, sin necesidad de seguir a un guía o ir en un tour grupal. Tú decides la ruta.
4. ¿Debo pagar por la gasolina o la limpieza? En los ATVs, la gasolina y el uso del casco ya están incluidos. En ninguna de nuestras unidades (Audi o ATV) cobramos cargos adicionales por limpieza estándar.
5. ¿Cuál es el tiempo mínimo de renta? Para la flota Audi A3, el mínimo es de 2 días. Para los ATVs, tenemos opciones desde 2 horas hasta días completos.
6. ¿Qué necesito para rentar? Solo necesitas tu licencia de conducir vigente y una identificación oficial (Pasaporte o Cédula).
7. ¿Se requiere depósito de garantía? Sí, se requiere un depósito de $200 USD. Este monto es 100% reembolsable al momento de la devolución, siempre que el vehículo se entregue en las mismas condiciones en las que fue recibido.

1. Where can I receive the vehicle? We deliver to any hotel, villa, or airport on the island (including PUJ and SDQ). We coordinate the arrival and delivery times directly with you for a seamless experience.
2. Does the price include insurance? Yes. For all our rentals (Audi A3 and ATVs), Full Insurance is already included in the daily rate. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges upon delivery.
3. How does the ATV rental work? We operate under a "Free Punta Cana" model. This means you rent the equipment to use at your own pace, without the need for a guide or a group tour. You decide your own route.
4. Do I have to pay for gas or cleaning? For ATVs, gas and helmet use are included. For all our units (Audi and ATVs), we do not charge additional fees for standard cleaning.
5. What is the minimum rental period? For ATVs we offer options ranging from 2 Hours to full-day rentals. For the Audi A3 fleet, the minimum is 2 Days.
6. What do I need to rent? You only need a valid driver's license and an official ID +18 (Passport or ID card).
7. Is a security deposit required? Yes, a $200 USD security deposit is required. This amount is 100% refundable upon return, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as received.
