2. Purpose
The purpose of this website is to provide information about the vehicle rental services, with and without a driver, and the transfer services provided by the owner within the territory of the Dominican Republic, and to make it easier for potential clients to get in touch.
Browsing the site confers the status of user and implies acceptance of the terms set out in this legal notice.
3. Terms of use
The user undertakes to make lawful use of the site and, in particular, not to:
- Use the site for purposes contrary to law, morality or public order.
- Introduce or spread programs or data capable of damaging the computer systems of the owner or of third parties, conduct covered by Law No. 53-07 against High Technology Crimes and Offences.
- Attempt unauthorised access to restricted areas, accounts or systems.
- Reproduce, copy or distribute the contents of the site without authorisation.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The contents of the site — texts, photographs, graphic design, source code, logos and trade marks — belong to the site owner or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Law No. 65-00 on Copyright and by the industrial property rules applicable in the Dominican Republic.
Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without the express written authorisation of the owner is prohibited.
5. Liability
The owner endeavours to keep the published information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the site.
Published prices, rates and conditions are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer until a booking is expressly confirmed. The definitive conditions of each service are those set out in the corresponding contract or booking confirmation.
6. Third-party links
The site may contain links to third-party platforms such as WhatsApp or social networks. The owner neither controls nor is responsible for the contents, policies or practices of those third parties. Access to them is governed by their own terms.
7. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data collected through this site is governed by Law No. 172-13 on the Comprehensive Protection of Personal Data and by the Privacy Policy published on this same site, which forms an integral part of this legal notice.
8. Contracting by electronic means
Communications and, where applicable, booking confirmations made by electronic means — including email and instant messaging — have the validity and effect recognised by Law No. 126-02 on Electronic Commerce, Documents and Digital Signatures.
9. Consumer rights
Users who qualify as consumers are protected by Law No. 358-05, the General Law on the Protection of Consumer or User Rights. Any complaint may be addressed first to the owner, through the published contact channels, and where appropriate to the National Institute for the Protection of Consumer Rights (Pro Consumidor).
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by the law of the Dominican Republic. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts, without prejudice to the venue to which the consumer is entitled by law.
11. Amendments
The owner reserves the right to amend this legal notice to reflect regulatory changes or the evolution of the site. The applicable version is the one published at any given time.
