Privacy policy
This text is a draft written on the basis of Dominican regulation. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and must not be published until it has been. The items marked PENDING must be supplied by the company.
1. Data controller
In accordance with Law No. 172-13 on the Comprehensive Protection of Personal Data, the controller of the data collected through this site is:

2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you provide voluntarily:
- Through the contact form: name, phone or email, service of interest, travel dates and the message you write.
- Through WhatsApp or email: whatever data you choose to include in your message.
- If you go on to book a service, the data needed to formalise it, set out in the rental terms.
This site does not collect data automatically through hidden forms, nor does it build user profiles.
3. What we use it for
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote for the service requested.
- To manage the booking and provide the service if you decide to go ahead.
- To comply with applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not use your data to send you marketing communications unless you give us separate, express consent.
4. Legal basis for processing
Processing is based on your consent, given when you voluntarily send us your data, under article 6 of Law No. 172-13; on performance of the service contract where you go on to book; and on compliance with the controller’s legal obligations.
You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
5. How long we keep it
This website stores no data of its own: it has no forms that send information to a server and no database. The contact form only composes a message that opens in your WhatsApp, and you decide whether to send it.
The data you give us when you write is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, at most, twelve months from the last contact where the enquiry does not lead to a contract.
If you book a service, it is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then blocked for the statutory limitation periods applicable in the Dominican Republic, so that any liabilities can be dealt with.
6. Who we share it with
Your data is not sold, not rented and not passed to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.
It is shared with third parties in two cases only: where it is essential in order to provide the service you have booked, and where a legal obligation or a request from a competent authority requires it.
7. Providers and international transfers
The site relies on two technology providers, both located outside the Dominican Republic:
Web hosting. The pages are served from an international hosting platform, which records the usual technical connection data (IP address and browser type) in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
Messaging. If you write to us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place inside that platform and is also governed by its own terms and privacy policy, which are outside this controller’s remit. If you would rather not use it, you can email or call us instead.
As these providers are located abroad, using the service involves an international transfer of data, grounded in the performance of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship that you yourself start by contacting us.
8. Your rights
Law No. 172-13 grants you rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection over your personal data. You may exercise them by writing to info@grupofullequipe.com, stating the right you are exercising and enclosing a copy of a document proving your identity.
Requests will be dealt with within the periods established by the law itself.
9. Security
The controller applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access, as required by Law No. 172-13 and within the framework of Law No. 53-07 against High Technology Crimes and Offences.
10. Minors
The services on this site are aimed at adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we find that a minor’s data has been provided without the authorisation of their legal representative, it will be deleted.
11. Cookies
This site sets no cookies, neither its own nor third-party ones. It uses no audience measurement tools, no analytics and no advertising pixels: your browsing is not tracked.
The only thing stored in your browser is the language you choose (Spanish or English), using your own device’s local storage. That value never leaves the browser, is not sent to any server and cannot identify you. You can remove it by clearing the site data in your browser.
Fonts are served from this same domain rather than from external services, so simply visiting the site does not disclose your IP address to third parties.
12. Complaints
If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the rules, you may address your complaint to the controller at the email given above. In addition, as a consumer you may turn to Pro Consumidor or to the competent courts of the Dominican Republic.
13. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect regulatory or service changes. The version in force is the one published on this site.
